Goji y Agave (Goji Bistro) was created to bring something different to Cary, NC. As a family-owned, locally rooted restaurant at Maynard Crossing, we serve Asian and Mexican dishes under one roof. Our team prepares burritos, tacos, pho, stir-fries, and curry with fresh ingredients and care. From day one, our goal has been simple: quality food, warm service, and a welcoming place for our community.

Our Team

Our experienced culinary team brings together decades of tradition, technique, and global perspective. Leo Pereira, with over 20 years in Mexican cuisine, works alongside Chef Rogelio of Acapulco—recognized for his appearance on MasterChef. Diana contributes more than 25 years of expertise in Asian cuisine, joined by Chef Jonathan of Taiwan, whose craft is rooted in authentic Asian culinary traditions. Together, they shape a menu defined by heritage, precision, and bold, harmonious flavor.
